dA staff decided to update emoticons legend, operations are started as you can see in Synfull (https://www.deviantart.com/synfull)'s journal: http://synfull.deviantart.com/journal/25239598/
So, go there, read everything and made your own suggestions for 'Revamp' Emotes and 'New' Emotes.
Suggestions deadline: 21st June.
