 emote.5 frames, Fireworks MX Master Yoda Position - Jedi Master, Jedi Council leader Homeworld - Dagobah Species - Unknown Gender - Male Affiliation - Jedi Order, Galactic Republic Yoda is a character and a protagonist in the Star Wars universe, who appears in all of the franchise's films except for Episode IV: A New Hope. Yoda first appeared in the Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back as a Jedi Master, who trains Luke Skywalker in the ways of the Jedi. His role within the universe was further expanded with appearances in the three films of the prequel trilogy. Yoda died in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, when he was 900 years old. Yoda's appearance was originally designed by British makeup artist Stuart Freeborn, who based Yoda's face partly on his own and partly on Albert Einstein's. In the original trilogy, Yoda was realized as a puppet, voiced and controlled by Frank Oz. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
